Summary: As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components, and testing efforts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our data center infrastructure. RJob Requirements : Roles & Responsibilities: • Prepare moderate to complex network designs/schematics to address specific customer network solution requirements for Fortinet firewalls and network security. • Prepare work orders containing instructions to be used by technicians to configure network hardware and software of Fortinet firewall and palo alto firewall. • Work with customer technical teams to provide solutions for customers internetworking communications requirements. • Configure and troubleshoot Forti Manager, Panorama, Fortinet, and Palo alto equipment in a complex environment. • Remotely support new installs, upgrades and logical changes and policy changes with B2B IPsec tunnel configuration and well versed with L7 NG FW features and threat protections. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Data center firewall setup , Fortinet firewall and Palo Alto Firewalls and F5 Load balancer - Good To Have Skills: Forti Manager, Forti Firewall , Palo alto firewall , Panorama and SSL VPN (Forti client or GlobalProtect). -Educational Qualification: BE/B-Tech or MCA or MSc with Good Computer Science Background with good academic record of 65 and above • Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Fortinet firewall and Palo Alto Firewalls and F5 Load balancer, F5 Load Balancers, IPSEC, SSL VPN and firewall hardware. • Maintain and provide design of Fortinet/palo alto firewall including protocols and NGFW feature, security, and redundancy. • Troubleshooting critical incidents and problem tickets. • Identify potential failures and recommend solution. • Update knowledge base with known errors/resolutions. • Provide day to day operational support for the in-scope devices. • Management Services and Advance level knowledge of Fault Management like Identify and Classify Fault, Investigate and Diagnose Fault and Provide Fault resolution. • Should have very good experience of software patch management to manage deployment of patches on timely basis. • Experience in managing Client Networks, Firewall configuration, Firewall Architecting and Excellent knowledge of Advanced security next generation feature and Network Protocols. • Co-ordinate with client for Hardware BOM requirements, Hardware baselines standard & Core level debugging. • Follow ITIL process with proving skills in working with Incident & Change management methodologies. Should be able to drive Network projects & work at the Data center level during deployment of Network firewall hardware. • Experience with Wireshark or other services now tools desirable. Additional Information: Cisco Security, Palo Alto and Fortinet firewall • Should have supported Network deployments. • Should have experience in performing Network transitions / transformations. • Good understanding of procedures, application, and concepts within own subject area. • Flexible to work in 24x7 environment.15 years full time education
