In this role you’ll get to identify and assess business and/or application needs and opportunities, develop new infrastructure concepts, design infrastructure interfaces, and collaborate directly with clients. Your primary responsibility will be to work as part of a cross-functional team of infrastructure experts, engineers, product managers, and developers transforming large, complex digital products
You have a proven track record and extensive experience (15+ years) of delivering complex infrastructure solutions at scale in challenging client-facing environments.
You’re a generalist techie and can see yourself working in all parts of the infrastructure engineering and operations process. You can brainstorm, design, document and drive platform or technology agnostic solutions.
You've mastered the tools, technology and techniques used to deliver infrastructure solutions, architectural designs, cost estimates and presentations in short turn-around times.
You are “hands on” individual with skills and ability to produce structured/template based detailed technical documentation.
You understand what it takes to operate agile deployment at scale, and know how to translate ambiguous requirements into detailed, technically sound infrastructure solutions.
You make the complex, simple and you consider yourself a problem solver above all. You are infinitely curious about how things work and how they could be improved.
You understand how to build strong relationships and manage internal and external client expectations effectively. You know how to build strategic relationships through new opportunity exploration and successful delivery.
You listen to as well as coach other Associates on infrastructure best practices. You understand how to mentor and grow those around you.
You are constantly learning and improving. You have a growth mindset, strong emotional intelligence, and reputation for delivering results.
You place clients at the forefront, but can handle the challenge of balancing their needs against business objectives and technical limitations. Ultimately, your designs are simple yet elegant
