Principal responsibilitiesThe trainee would be assisting in HAPL and HSCI matters –1) Name change on share certificate – coordinating with consultant, documentation2) Reconciliation of dividend received with the physical shares3) Documentation of loss of shares, filing with IEPF4) Assisting in statutory, internal audit – preparation of schedules, collating of data, documentation, verification5) Supporting the tax team and other accounting matters
