Job Description Summary
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer with in-depth knowledge and expertise. You will leverage best practices and insights from both internal and external business contexts to enhance our products and services. This role involves solving complex problems by applying innovative perspectives to existing solutions.

Your Opportunity
As an Industrial Engineer, you will tackle a variety of projects aimed at solving our customers' most valuable challenges. You will apply fundamental theories, principles, and concepts of Industrial Engineering, utilizing analytical tools to identify and quantify improvement opportunities at the factory, fleet, and tool levels. This role offers exposure to the most advanced tools and techniques in Industrial Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Methods Engineering analysis, including data analytics, simulation, and time and motion studies.
• Utilize Applied Materials software (simulation and other proprietary applications) to develop models that automate data analytics processes.
• Participate in productivity improvement studies related to the effective and efficient use of assets and production processes. This may include cost analysis and return on investment calculations for project selection.
• Measure plant and equipment capacity output.
• Identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks.
• Establish standards and procedures for multiple functions.
• Lead Industrial Engineering projects within your areas of responsibility and assist in their implementation using quality tools, supporting processes, and ongoing success measures.

Other Requirements
This position may require extended periods of standing, walking, and the ability to distinguish between colors. Additionally, working in a clean room environment may be necessary, requiring the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, and gloves.

Our Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background and experience in both Industrial Engineering and data analytics. You should have over 5 years of experience working in a manufacturing facility (preferably in the semiconductor industry) focusing on improving factory and equipment performance (output, OEE, cycle time, cost). Additionally, you should have over 2 years of experience in data analytics, with preferred experience in simulation software and knowledge of Python and JMP.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Green Belt, Black Belt certification preferred.
