We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!The OpportunityThe role is to lead and execute on the Regional Enablement strategy to drive and support the sales performance in India Digital Experience and Digital Media Enterprise business units. The role requires the individual to have a strong set of discovery skills and business understanding to identify the gaps in skills and ensure that sales and field teams have the tools, resources, and training to perform well. This role will work directly with regional Field leadership on identifying and prioritizing enablement initiatives in support of corporate and regional business objectives and priorities.This role requires strong leadership, communication, collaboration and influencing skills. Proven understanding of an enterprise sales environment and the ability cultivate relationships will be beneficial in establishing credibility with sales leadership and business partners. Strong training and facilitation skills are an added benefit in this role.What You’ll DoAssess and understand skills and enablement needs, define strategy for enablement, and translate them into meaningful and measurable program objectives and goalsBe a strategic advisor and business partner to the India leadership and business partners to develop knowledge and skills to meet business objectivesBe aware of and align enablement to the adjustments in Adobe’s Go-To-Market strategy as well as external shifts (industry, competition, etc.) that may require enablement to adapt to those changes and challengesProvide thought leadership when designing and implementing enablement programs in new and innovative ways to improve time to market and increase learner time to efficiency and productivity.Be an advocate of the India sales organization. Promote the accomplishments and business impact the team is having with their customers and across Adobe.Develop and lead a detailed project and/or program plan that considers all requirements, constraints, resources, and materials associated with outlined objectivesServe as a brand ambassador for Worldwide Field Readiness and Enablement, advocating for its offerings and articulating its value proposition for its business partnersWhat You Need to Succeed5+ years leading regional and/or global enterprise sales enablement programsExperience in a sales role preferably in a SaaS selling environmentStrong communication, critical thinking, analytical, and social skillsAbility to select the right communication medium and methods for the audience and analyze the user experience to deliver efficient support and accurately manage expectationsAbility to garner support for new and fresh ideas and initiativesProven success conducting needs analysis and prioritization activities that leads to designing, developing, implementing, and measuring enablement programsAbility to identify and resolve roadblocks through strong collaboration and partnership.Ability to establish and build close working relationships.
