Key Accountabilities
The purpose of this role is to assist with the APAC Sourcing data analysis and reporting processes, assistance in preparation of contracts and to contribute to effective supply chain risk management (SCRM). This includes the input, analysis and collation of audit results and vendor qualification documents, uploading of contracts and vendor’s documents and management of vendor in the SCRM software application, and providing support to the Global Strategic Sourcing team where required.

The post holder will carry out any other duties within the scope and purpose of the job as requested by the Line Manager and ensure full utilization of all ISS systems according to Standard Operating Procedures.

· Previous experience in a procurement finance or business intelligence role
· Advanced MS Excel skills
· Strong numeracy, analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Strong values and knowledge with regard to ethics and compliance.
· Ability to communicate on all levels, influential skills; relationship builder to internal and external stakeholders.
· Experience of vendor auditing and compliance
· Able to work independently as well as being a proactive team member
· Excellent written and spoken English
· Hands-on and can-do spirit
Desirable
· Ability to speak other languages would be an advantage. Ex: Chinese / Japanese / Korean
· Experience in large scale, complex, global service organization
· Extensive experience in or exposure to the maritime industry
· Educated to degree or equivalent level
· CIPS (or equivalent) procurement qualification
