Purpose of Job:
The purpose of this role is to assist with the Procurement data analysis and reporting processes, and to contribute to effective supply chain risk management (SCRM). This includes analysis and collation of procurement data and associated reports, maintaining and expanding the global procurement database and providing support to the global procurement team where required.
What you’ll do:
• Ensuring Group Procurement provides efficient and effective support to the global business.
• Supporting the direct procurement strategy to ensure competitive vendor rates, a compliant and fit for purpose
vendor network, and maximised volume rebate opportunities.
• Management of the 3rd vendor rate database and providing sales team with relevant vendor pricing information
for global and local commercial tenders.
• Liaise with LPA and Regional procurement teams to get the updated 3rd party rates during yearly contract renewal
with contracted customer.
• Be the point of contact for sales team to get the 3rd party vendor rates for customer tenders.
• Development and management of a global volume rebate reports
• Management and development of the Gatekeeper contract application
• Driving innovation to facilitate efficiencies and to give Inchcape a leading position in the marketplace.
HSSE - Health, Safety, Security and Risk (Mandatory Requirements
• Assessing HSSE risk and implementing risk controls within own area of responsibility.
• Reporting all accidents, incidents and near misses whether the persons are injured or not.
• Taking action within area of accountability to ensure the HSSE of both the job holder and other persons who may
be affected by acts carried out or failed to be carried out by the job holder while at work.
• Ensuring full compliance with the ISS HSSE Management System.
The post holder will carry out any other duties within the scope and purpose of the job as requested by the Line
Manager and ensure full utilization of all ISS systems according to Standard Operating Procedures.

• Ability to speak other European languages would be an advantage
• Experience in large scale, complex, global service organisation
• Extensive experience in or exposure to the maritime industry
• Experience of vendor auditing and compliance
