Job Description
- Process development and Optimization
- Working with value stream for reducing Defect Cost and giving value stream sustainable processes
- Implementation of I4.0 and system CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) Projects
- Developing and guiding associates competence
- New/Reused Machine tryout - Pre and Final acceptance
- Creating and Maintaining Process Data Sheets
- Support value stream for trouble shooting for Technical / Quality Breakdowns and Process investigation.
- Running product New types, parallel release and samples process establishment
- New product process establishment
- Cycle time reduction
- Cost reduction with RPP (Ratio Project Planning) measures
- DAP discussion with machine suppliers
- New Machine supplier development
- Support to FMEA, PPAP, Audits to value stream
Qualifications
Degree: B.E./ B Tech. Mechanical / Mechatronics / Instrumentation
Years of experience: 2-4 yrs
Additional Information
- Knowledge of Python for vision system development
- Basics know how of OPCON BOSCH, Fanuc and Siemens controller.
- Knowledge on Machine, Process, Guage capability and SPC.
- Experience in Testing processes (e.g Leakage testing (Pneumatic and Hydraulic), Functional testing (Mechanical and electrical), Flow measurement (Pneumatic and Hydraulic), Pressing, LASER marking, Camera vision systems, etc..)
- Knowledge & experience in I 4.0 concepts
- Basic knowledge of various problem solving tools like 8D , PSS , Shianin , DOE,etc.
- Low cost automation
- Basics knowledge of SAP
- Machine commissioning
- Data analytics skills ( MES, MAS, Tableau, Power BI, Python)
- Camera Vision software programming (Cognex, Keyance, Neurocheck, Omron, AI based vision system)

- Hands on skills for fine machine component alignment
