Financial Reporting: Report monthly defined KPIs and bring insights on deviation v/s plan to ensure business results are met and necessary improvement actions can be triggered.
Finance Management: Plan and forecast defined KPIs in line with divisional targets to get first insights on deviation to targets.
Budgetary Controlling: Ensure department wise budget deployment and controlling to ensure efficient utilization of allocated budget.
Benefit tracking: Track the benefits to be realized by the division through exports and highlight gaps to ensure divisional targets are met.
Accounting Hygiene: Monitor the accounting and booking hygiene to ensure the results are reported accurately.
