Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd is a 100% Bosch owned company in India. The company design and develops world class Hydraulic Brake System Parts that include Boosters, Tandem master cylinders and Proportionating valves. The Control Division develops innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance like ABS and ESP.RBIC would soon be expanding portfolio in passive safety and other Driver assistance products.

1. Responsible to fulfill production requirement by coordinating with suppliers for procurement of child parts, responsible for welding & staking production plan.
2. Order Scheduling: Responsible for coordinating with Production Planners and system for order scheduling for suppliers on monthly basis, demand forecast planning for suppliers (N+2 months)
3. Scheduling Triggers: Responsible for providing daily / weekly triggers (part number, quantity, date) to suppliers based on regions (transit time) as per production (planner) requirements, ensure timely arrival of raw material for production at specified window timings
4. Coordination with CFT: Responsible for coordinating with LOM for unloading of material, PQA for inspection and clearance of material, MFO & LOM for feeding the material to line on time
5. Supplier Coordination: Responsible for coordinating with supplier for quality related issues, for dispatch of rejected material to supplier, responsible for selling child parts to suppliers (vendors) by coordinating with Sales team for getting sales order for SPD related activity

BE/B-Tech - any stream

1. MIS Preparation: Responsible for monthly MIS preparation (Cockpit Chart) including Supplier delivery fulfilment, PLKZ monitoring (Handling logistics complaints), Inventory analysis, AA market fulfilment, FSN classification(aging), TNS attainment / fulfilment
2. Undertake improvement projects (Levelling / Kanban / Window Timings etc.)
3. Incorporating customer change requests in order schedule revisions to suppliers
4. In event of loss of material, responsible for pulling the material
