Job Description
The Senior HR Business Partner is both a strategic and hands-on leader who provides full cycle Human Resources support to Blue Collar organization ensuring alignment between the business objectives and the HR practices.
This position will act as a change agent in the direction set by business and HR leadership.
- Responsible for employee relations topics like meetings with Union & Blue-collars.
- Responsible for employee communication related to drafting notice/circulars
- Responsible for executing disciplinary matters including drafting show cause/charge-sheet/warning letters & punishment orders.Actively participate in Cross Functional projects.
- Responsible for canteen and employee transport operations.
- Responsible for Direct Head count engagement, monitoring and disengagement.
- Responsible for handling Crisis situations keeping employer and employee well being in mind.
- Responsible to drive smart working model that uses technology to enhance performance.
- Reviews Human Resources policies and practices and recommends improvements as needed in respective area of work.
- Responsible for PRM topics like Productivity, CL Management, Employee Grievance (VOA)
- Responsible to update management regarding LTS, Disciplinary issues and other ER topics
- Audit related topics-meetings/reviews/response
- Plan and execute amicable long term wage settlement for Team Members in a smooth manner.
- 100% adherence to Statutory Compliance
- Responsible for Insurance related matters including meetings with INS team, escalations handling.
- Meeting with vendors - Manpower contracts/NAPS/NEEM/Canteen/Medical staff agency etc
- Responsible for consulting Legal Counsel as required
- Responsible for Liasoning with Govt officials as required.
- Responsible for having connect with RO and HRS
- Responsible for HR connect inclduing attending conferences, seminars, workshops
Qualifications
MSW in HR with 18+ Years of Relevant Work Experience.
