About the Role


As an Implementation Consultant, Professional Services you will:


  • Deliver implementation projects for tax software products, including advising clients as the technical subject matter expert, providing training, preparing user guides and other documentation, performing product testing and troubleshooting, through the complete project life cycle;
  • Customise and configures applications as per clients’ requirements;
  • Be responsible for project deliverables, including providing timely status updates to the Project Manager for project status tracking and risk management;
  • Manage multiple clients and projects deliverables at the same time;
  • Prepare user guides, implementation reports, training manuals and other documentation as required;
  • Deliver training sessions and webinars to clients;
  • Promptly respond to customer support requests to minimize disruption in client’s application usage; and
  • Any other ad-hoc requests directed to Professional Services team.

About You


For this role, we are looking for someone with:


  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • 5+ years of working experience in Finance / Accounting / Consulting role.
  • Strong tax technical knowledge in Direct Tax e.g. Statutory Reporting, Tax Provision, Corporate Tax.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, concise manner
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to work in a face paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to learn independently and quickly adapt to new software and applications
