RESPONSIBILITIES:
Indexing, data entry, document typing, ensuring a quality image
Ensuring you understand specific customer requirements and ask questions if anything is unclear
Ensuring customer project deadlines are met
Following production procedures and completing internal documentation and tracking daily
Consistently meeting established key performance indicators
Adhering to Imaging Center guidelines to maintain a clean work environment
As you become more proficient with the basic job responsibilities, help to train new employees and cross train on new functions, such as quality control
Other duties specified by your Supervisor/Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Familiarity with PC, Google or Windows applications and related software
Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English (local language)
Skill to work successfully in a metrics based environment
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in task completion as instructed
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
Ability to professionally communicate with Imaging Center personnel
