What can you expect?
A Delivery Squad Lead is responsible for heading up a squad containing delivery roles across the 4 pillars of Program and Project, Consultancy, Configuration and QA. The role requires the Squad Lead to build and maintain a cohesive team to optimize performance and deliver to a suite of clients assigned to the Squad. This includes responsibility for reviewing the pipeline of work across the clients and resourcing appropriately.

All Squad Managers are required to go through a structured on-boarding and training induction.·To learn about our Darwin Delivery Methodology (DDM) and how best to use it when implementing our clients.·We will Motivate and manage a high performing team to achieve project deliveries on time and within budget and scope·Work with the Programme Managers in ensuring a first class experience for your clients;·Manage workloads and resourcing for the whole squad ensuring an even split of responsibility and opportunity·Assist the Project Teams in identifying prioritisation of tasks as required·Ensure the project teams keep their project toolkits up to date and maintained using the standard tools·Act as Darwin Technical SME and guide the team through design, configuration solutions and quality assurancestrategies· Ensure all aspects of delivery follows best practice in accordance with the Darwin Delivery Methodology(DDM)·Collaborate with the Project and Programme Managers to align on priorities, risks and issues across the clients·Manage any risks and incidents related to resource and delivery schedules with the relevantstakeholders;·Manage impact of project delays within the Squad during all phases for the implementation· Run orientation sessions where needed for ways if working within the squad for new team members working in the squad·Support the Project and Programme managers with any Internal project escalations (EG: escalating ticket to PS) as required·Monitor project activity including reviewing the timesheet and effort data recorded to ensure projects running on time and within scope·Collaborate with Capability Manager on reviewing squad member’s performance and identifying areas for improvement and growth· Discuss with Capability Manager any holiday requests for squad members ensuring there is a balance between time away from work and deliverables· Support Squad Performance Reporting with support from PMO & MIWhat is in it for you?

What you need to have:
- Have previous experience of managing people in the delivery of Enterprise software products
- Display solid experience of managing projects; Love working in teams and be great with people
- Have a strong can-do attitude and be goal-focused
- Be articulate, as strong verbal and written communication with our clients is vital
- Be passionate about technology and how it can influence the lives of both our clients and their employees
- B.Tech / MCA/ B.Sc.(IT) / BCA graduate with minimum 9 years of experience
