We are looking for a Global Business Management & Strategy Associate in the Strategy & COO Team who will support the global ICM Organisation with a variety of business management topics, sales & strategy analytics.

Your key responsibilities
- Be part of the ICM Business Management & Strategy function and co-work on topics like financial planning and headcount management feeding into the ICM strategy
- Support the full employee lifecycle, incl fostering ICM’s talent development, workforce planning & recruitment topics
- Drive cost & revenue deep-dives to enhance financial transparency in co-operation with our CB CFO team
- Support the design and management of the ICM business strategy & plans
- Support sales productivity, inter alia, through process improvements and operations management & control, therein pipeline reporting
- Support the strategy team in executing key initiatives, such as target operating model changes, which requires a close collaboration with global Sales Teams, Business Management and Control functions
- Support the identification of revenue opportunities, management of sales performance, target setting and analysis of client / pipeline data
- Provide support to Sales teams globally to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
Your skills and experience
- Experience in the financial services and payments industry, ideally with focus on Financial Institutions
- Analytical individual, able to design and structure processes and create meaningful MI
- Experience in financial analysis/planning/forecasting
- Strong Team Player mentality paired with motivation to work in a highly dynamic, international and diverse environment while performing well under pressure
- Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Very good English language skills
