Job Description

Hyperscaler Quoting Lead


ServiceNow is experiencing tremendous growth with the market acceptance of our cloud-based workflow management products, apps, and industry solutions and we are transforming our Enterprise NPI operating model to support our speed of innovation.


Hyperscaler Quoting Lead is accountable hyperscaler quotes and private offer creation within hyperscaler marketplace. We are seeking an energetic and hands-on leader with proven experience generating, interpreting, and taking actions to support our hyperscaler quoting and ordering process. The successful candidate is a results-driven leader who brings a strategic approach and thought leadership to achieve desired business outcomes.  In addition, the selected candidate has demonstrated operational rigor and continuous delivery of improvements with measurable impact.


What you get to do in this role:


  • Help support our expansion of transacting through Hyperscaler Marketplaces ( AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Review Quotes and order forms for accuracy and translate those into Marketplace private offers.
  • Ensure deals are in line with hyperscaler program guidelines.
  • Interface with Sales and counterparts in Sales Operations to complete deal booking process.
  • Become an expert in navigating and administrating in the various marketplaces.
  • Assist with customer troubleshooting and AR collections. Ensure all Orders are approved within pricing and discount policies.
  • Interface to Deals Desk, Finance and Legal as needed.
  • Interface with Order Management to ensure accuracy of booked sales opportunities in the ServiceNow sales automation tool.
    • Support sales organization’s requirement for Customer licensing compliance

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:


  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 3 – 5 Years experience in Sales Operations related roles with experience quoting and transacting deals. Saas Experience is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical abilities and business acumen with excellent communication skills.
  • Cross collaboration ability & familiarity working closely with Sales and Sales Ops teams.
  • High Attention to detail and organized.
  • Prior experience with CRM or CPQ systems.
  • Experience with Azure/AWS/GCP marketplaces a bonus.
  • Proficient in PPT, Word, and Excel
  • Experience with a CRM system
  • Has been in a role supporting Sales Reps and Sales Territories
  • Strong listening, analytic and organizational skills
  • Team Player with positive attitude ready to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills with ability to drive conflict resolution
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work in an aggressive, fast paced environment managing multiple priorities
  • Must be hands-on with solid attention detail
