Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimation & Tendering position located in Muscat. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to estimation and tendering processes within the HVAC industry.

Cost Estimation Budget Management Contract Management Site Assessment Financial Reporting Change Management Collaboration Mentorship Market Research Quality Assurance HVAC Design
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, BSE Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. HVAC quantity surveying, preferably in the GCC region. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, materials, and local construction practices. Proficient in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Familiarity with Oman construction laws and regulations. Membership in a relevant professional body (RICS) is preferred.

Location: Relocation to Oman
Working Days/ Hours: Saturday to Thursday ( 8am to 5pm )
