Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

We are looking for an experienced and people-centric HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team. This role will work closely with business leaders to enhance employee engagement, support organizational goals, and foster a high-performance culture.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Culture Development: Design and implement initiatives to strengthen organizational culture; conduct assessments to identify improvement areas.
• Internal Communication: Foster transparency on culture through open channels, events, and forums aligned with company values.
• Employee Engagement: Develop programs to enhance engagement and well-being; monitor data and address concerns to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Change Management: Guide cultural alignment during transformations, ensuring effective communication and support.
• Training & Development: Collaborate on values-based training and resources that reinforce team dynamics and alignment.
• Metrics and Reporting: Establish KPIs to monitor culture and engagement trends; provide insights to leadership.
