We’re looking for a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) for our business in India. You will be responsible for partnering with the Managing Director to shape and deliver a people plan which directly links to the delivery of the business objectives, drives improved commercial performance and sustainable growth.
This role is responsible for contributing to and influencing the development of the India strategy, providing challenge and consulting supporting on the strategic people and talent priorities. You will work collaboratively with the wider People Team (Recruitment, People Services, Reward, L&D, Communications) to deliver the people plan and ensure people services are delivered to meet business needs.

What you’ll do:
Strategic Workforce Planning – Engage with leaders and the people team to identify priorities, aligning people strategies with business needs for growth and sustainability.
Build Capabilities – drive the strategy and plans to build the right capability for the business, including talent acquisition, talent management and development, equity, diversity and inclusion.
Data-Driven Decision Making – Analyse people and commercial data to identify trends, influencing business decisions and investments.
Organisational Development – Lead change and workforce planning, including recruitment plan, talent management, learning, and DEI initiatives.
Leadership Coaching & Culture Building – Act as a trusted advisor, coaching leaders to foster an inclusive and high-performance environment.
HR Interface & Compliance – Collaborate with senior leaders, act as a key HR contact, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage complex employment relations cases.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
HR Business Partner Experience – Proven track record in India with expertise across all aspects of the role.
Commercial & Strategic Acumen – Strong understanding of business drivers to develop impactful people plans.
Change & Project Management – Experienced in leading change, organisation development, and complex projects, ideally in global MNCs.
Relationship & Influencing Skills – Strong interpersonal skills to build stakeholder relationships and drive influence.
Qualifications & Flexibility – HR degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) with the ability to travel regularly.
