Group Details


We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Quality Assurance HRIS Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for the testing, troubleshooting, and enhancing the HRIS systems to ensure system performance, functionality, and user experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in quality assurance processes, as well as the ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams to improve the systems’ UI/UX, making it more intuitive and user-friendly.


Job Responsibilities


  • Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing on systems to ensure system reliability and compliance with requirements.
  • Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts for system upgrades, new features, and integrations.
  • Identify, document, and track defects or bugs, working closely with developers and vendors to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with HR and multi-functional teams on UI/UX pain points and design solutions to improving the overall user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR technology trends and best practices to recommend future enhancements.
  • Assist in creating user guides, FAQs, and training materials.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in quality assurance, HR, or a similar role
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies are a plus
  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Oracle HCM, Workday, SuccessFactors) and related technologies.
  • Experience in testing methodologies and QA best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
