Position Summary

Position Summary and Location


To Provide subject matter expertise across all HR disciplines. Provides analytical and operational support for human resources data, reporting and analytical systems and to maintain employee data in the HCM system. Support departments and leaders by providing data through standard and ad-hoc reports.

ESSENTIAL
• Provides HR subject matter expertise in all phases of global projects where HR data and/or data support is involved.
• Apply extensive knowledge of Human Capital Management programs to ensure efficient operations, processing and reporting for worldwide employees. 
• Identify HR/Stakeholder needs and determine system changes. Provide solutions and collaborate with IT to implement.
• Interact and work closely with Human Resources as well as external customers as a functional point of contact for HR systems, providing support and incident resolution.
• Analyze HR data, systems, and processes/programs under minimal supervision and create visualizations using state of the art visualization techniques and tools to cater to Higher Management/Organizational reporting needs.
• Identify and research gaps and/or omissions in employee actions (i.e. incompatible Benefit elections or mismatched Termination actions, work groups incompatible with provided company/entity). 
• Partner with customer, as necessary, to make data corrections (verify or collect accurate data).
• Identify data integrity issues (across all employee data) and implement audits to ensure data integrity. 
• Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. 
• Partner with cross organizational end user support team (Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits) responsible for maintaining production systems and addressing production support issues.
• Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Educate different audiences across the business about HRIS and train on new processes and functionality.
• Provide expertise and operational knowledge to deliver end to end system support for all COEs.
• Perform UAT (user acceptance testing) prior to implementation of HRMS upgrades or patches. Lead efforts to make corrections based on findings.
• Promote team spirit, open & transparent work culture. 
• Perform additional administrative/technical jobs as assigned.

• This position has NO direct supervisory responsibilities.






Qualifications

REQUIRED


·Bachelors in any discipline. Degree in HR preferred.


  • 4-5 years of practical experience as HR Business Analyst/HR Data Analyst/HR Reporting Analyst or equivalent position.
  • SQL (or at least one computer language) knowledge, ability to create Power BI/Tableau/MS Excel Dashboards.

·Must be well versed with Workforce Management Tools (at least one). Oracle / Workday / SAP preferred. 


·Should possess knowledge of the Microsoft Office package. Self-motivated, confident, and passionate.

·Communicate accurately, timely and professionally to employees, managers, payroll, and other team members.

Working Conditions


This position is considered HYBRID (Office plus Remote working) which is characterized as follows:


·Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the workplace and while travelling to and from workplace.


·Employee must have the ability to switch between remote and in-office setup.
