Achieve your ambitions – join us at JLL!Role PurposeJLL is looking for a HR Professional to support a rapidly growing high-profile account team. The scope of the role includes analytics and reporting, employee query management, data and HRIS (Workday) management and support to the wider HR team. Compliance and quality are at the forefront of this role, operating across the APAC region (Asia Pacific). This person will also take on project work as directed by the Sr. HR Business Partner.The successful candidate will have outstanding system and excel skills. This position requires an extremely professional and articulate individual with the confidence to deal with internal stakeholders and external candidates.The successful candidate will also need to be flexible enough to regularly contribute to the delivery of other HR initiatives, as appropriate. We are seeking enthusiastic, analytical individuals, with a creative mind and a desire to learn and work collaboratively within the team.  This role provides a real opportunity to make a difference to the company, by delivering HR and talent acquisition initiatives that will have a great impact to our overall people strategy.What this job involvesProviding analytical and administrative support to the HR teamSupporting senior management with analysis/reporting as requiredOversee the onboarding process and support new starters across the client location within APACBeing responsible for data accuracy and changes in HRIS (Workday) and Client systemsResponding to candidates and employees in a timely and professional mannerCollating monthly recruitment reports for example, people metrics including headcount and attritionManaging all pre-employment verifications and tracking, as requiredSupport the entire offboarding process in client systems and organizationSole controller for all HR related data in the client systems.Support HR Advisor with note taking during formal hearings, as requiredOther project work as determined by leadershipWorking collaboratively with the team and on any other important deliverablesEvery day is different, and in all these activities, we’d encourage you to show your ingenuity.Sounds like you?
