This role is responsible for delivery of HR Operations and assisting the HRBP in the efficient running of HR generalist functions for the Branch and Representative Offices in the region. This role is also responsible for the assisting in design, maintenance and update of policies and procedures ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
HR Operations
Monitor and ensure the organization complies with HR Labour compliance.
Statutory filings monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annually.
Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of the complete employee lifecycle data in Oracle Fusion
Prepare , Review and Validate the monthly salary, statutory payments, and full & final settlement.
Process all JV entries/ posting with respect to salaries.
HR policies Induction for new hires
Validate Medical and Life Insurance data.
Support for statutory audit
Manage Actuarial valuation.
Separation management as per agreed timelines
Reports and analytics pertaining to HR Operations
Coordinate with program management / finance for timely remittance of funds to HGS to facilitate timely salary remittance.
Resolve escalated employee grievances, employee relations issues and complaints and conduct investigations in compliance with legal requirements.
Support employees for Mandatory Learning Curriculum and Goal setting completion
Monthly reconciliation of employee headcount and HR expense accounts.
Employee Queries
Responds to employee queries within agreed turnaround time.
Self-Management Responsibilities

Keep abreast with the latest changes in labour laws and statutory rules and updates the management on time for amendment in policies, if any.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications; excel, etc.
Expertise in HR operations, policy development, HR communication

Minimum Qualification
Graduate. Preferably MBA (HR) from Tier 2 college
Excellent communication skills and facilitation skills
Strong knowledge of local employment law and compliance requirements.
High personal standards of integrity and professionalism
Fluent in English and one more regional language, preferably Hindi/ Kannada
Minimum Experience
5 plus years of experience in HR operations, Statutory compliance, and administration
Prior experience in similar capacity within the financial services sector, preferably with a small to
medium sized organization is essential.
