Essential duties & responsibilities:


Internship Program Development & Management:


  • Design, implement, and continuously improve the structure and objectives of the internship program to align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Manage a large cohort of interns (approximately 200 annually), ensuring a structured and meaningful experience that promotes learning, engagement, and professional development.
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics to measure program success, retention, and intern satisfaction.

Recruitment & Selection:


  • Coordinate with Talent acquisition team in recruitment campaigns in collaboration with campus recruitment teams and academic institutions to attract top talent.
  • Oversee the selection process, including screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates, to ensure a high-caliber intern cohort.

Onboarding & Training:


  • Develop and lead onboarding sessions to integrate interns into the company culture and introduce them to company policies, expectations, and resources.
  • Organize training sessions to build skills, knowledge, and industry awareness, including technical and soft skills training.
  • Assign mentors or buddies to each intern to enhance their experience and provide guidance throughout the internship.
  • Performance Management & Support:
  • Conduct regular check-ins with interns and their mentors or managers to provide support, address concerns, and ensure smooth progress.
  • Develop evaluation tools and conduct midterm and final performance assessments to track intern achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Support during full time conversation of PGETs

HR Generalist role for IT


Partners with Sr. HRBP to implement business solutions, utilizing HR expertise and perspective;


Support in onboarding and induction of new joiners


  • Coordinate the onboarding process, including preparing orientation materials, scheduling sessions, and welcoming new hires.

Manage offboarding tasks, such as conducting exit interviews, collecting feedback, and handling necessary documentation.


Qualifications & experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years experience in HR or employee training (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and training software is a plus.

Work Knowledge, skills & abilities  


  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
