What would you do? What would you do? Lead weekly payroll cycle for all employee groups • Hiring, onboarding and performance management activities of a payroll ream • Coordinate, mentor, train, and develop a payroll team while creating colleague engagement and change management programs, as well as facilitate cross functional partnership meetings • Lead all aspects of changes to payroll records • Address and identify root causes of customer issues • Analyze, identify, and recommend process improvements and system modifications to increase efficiencies • Communicate regularly with customers on issues management and year-end planning • Ensure compliance with government payroll legislation
What are we looking for? What are we looking for? This role provides client services for Employee & Org Data Mgmt which may include from hire to retire services, follows all adminstration processes to ensure tasks are completed correctly and resource efficiencies are maintained, works closely with Delivery Service Management to identify and escalate client issues; obtains and confirms pending information / documentation, and adds and amends transaction information to client/systems responding to changes (via e-mail / telephone) so as to maintain a current visible HR records for the client. "
