HR Recruiter required for finance company Mumbai-400051

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and help us find the best talent. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in sourcing candidates, and a passion for talent acquisition.

• Handle the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  
• Identify and attract top talent through job portals, social media, and networking.
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  
• Manage job postings and recruitment marketing efforts.
  
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
  
• Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
  
• Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
  
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, and job portals.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple job openings and work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices (a plus).
