As a Technical HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent for our organization. This position requires a deep understanding of technical roles, particularly in IT and software development, and the ability to effectively assess candidates' skills and qualifications.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and qualifications for open positionsDevelop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top technical talentConduct initial screenings and technical interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fitManage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptanceUtilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate information and track metricsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitingBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needsEnsure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment processProvide a positive candidate experience and represent the company professionallyAnalyze recruitment data and provide insights to improve hiring processes and outcomesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, particularly in IT or software developmentStrong understanding of technical roles and requirements in the IT industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment toolsStrong organizational and time management skillsDemonstrated experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networksAbility to conduct effective technical screenings and interviewsKnowledge of employment laws and regulationsFamiliarity with IT industry trends and technical job rolesStrong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and provide insightsCertification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plusWillingness to work from our Hyderabad officeAdditional InformationPreferred: Females Only (Hyderabad Locals)
