About the company


Anaxee is India's REACH Engine! We help Brands/OEMs and Social organizations scale across India by providing Outreach, especially in the remote parts of India, on demand. We focus on Tier-2, 3 & 4 towns & villages, covering 11000 pin codes (60%) of India through a vast network of last-mile (tech-enabled) feet-on-street (FOS) network of 40,000 Digital Runners.


Job Role:


The HR Recruiter will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.


Job Location: Indore | Full Time | Work from Office


Salary Range: 2 LPA- 3.6 LPA


Experience: Fresher or 1+ Year


Preferred Qualification: MBA in HR Domain


Responsibilities:


  • Understand staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
  • Post job openings on various job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and relevant team members.
  • Check references, perform background checks, and conduct due diligence on selected candidates.
  • Make job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements:


  • A bachelor's or master's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field is required, with a preference for a master's degree.
  • Availability to conduct online interviews in late evenings, as necessary, for profiles that require the CEO's involvement during that time.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
