Description and Requirements

As HR Partner:


  • Lead the full employee lifecycle for sales-oriented teams, aligning HR strategies with business goals such as revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
  • Partner with senior sales leaders to enhance team effectiveness, drive performance improvement, and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage stakeholder and employee relations in high-pressure sales environments, ensuring timely resolution of issues to maintain business continuity.
  • Collaborate with COEs to deliver HR programs focused on talent acquisition, development, and retention for high-performing, client-facing teams.
  • Use data and performance metrics to make informed decisions, identify trends, and drive actions that enhance both employee experience and productivity.
  • Implement corporate HR policies tailored to sales team dynamics, coaching managers on performance management and talent development, while designing competitive incentive structures.

As India Compensation Leader:


  • Implement corporate compensation strategies customized for local market needs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct local salary benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation packages for talent across functions.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and corporate governance in all compensation practices.
  • Provide data-driven insights on compensation trends to support leadership in making strategic pay and workforce planning decisions.
  • Clearly communicate compensation policies to employees at all levels, fostering transparency and trust in pay structures and incentives.

  • Expertise in performance management, career development, total compensation, and talent review, with the ability to balance pay-for-performance with market competitiveness.
  • Strong skills in strategic, data-driven decision-making to guide compensation strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Ability to influence leaders and collaborate across departments, delivering HR solutions aligned with business strategies in fast-paced environments.

Experience & Qualifications:


  • MBA in Human Resources, or a Master's in HR Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience as an HR Business Partner, particularly for sales or revenue-generating teams in current role.
  • Experience in managing compensation and rewards programs, with a strong understanding of sales incentives and competitive pay structures.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leadership, especially within sales-driven organizations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
