Role:


As a Senior Analyst, in our HR Operations team, you will support the end-to-end people processes across the employee life cycle.


  • Update and maintain employee HR data


  • Manage data reporting, adhoc data requests, data quality and data audits


  • Deliver recurring and adhoc reports and report development


  • Share insights and make recommendations to support operational decisions


  • Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools


  • Initiate and lead projects and initiatives


Your profile:


We are looking for someone with a hands-on approach to building and delivering best-in-class HR operations support to our team.


  • You are detail oriented, well-organized and enjoy bringing structure to projects through work-planning, list-making and efficiency


  • Strong/effective verbal and written communication to be able to interact at different levels of the organization, from Executive down to technicians and operators


  • You are in a position to effectively work in a remote setting across time zones


  • Good analytical, problem-solving and strong written English language skills, with other languages as a plus


  • The ability to manage competing priorities and to work effectively under pressure to deadlines



Qualifications / Experience:


  • You have a Graduate degree


  • You have minimum 3 years of experience ideally in management consulting


  • Demonstrated experience with industry standard HR Information systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft)


  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and team-working attitude to be able to work in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams


  • High level of proficiency with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint


  • Fluency in both written and spoken English. Other languages will be a plus
