• Execution of HR Operations processes to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
• Handle employees onboarding and exit formalities.
• Maintaining HRIS and ensuring accuracy in database
• Handle Payroll inputs and reconciliation.
• Publishing various reports which are required by HR, Finance, Business, and other stakeholders.
• Handle frontline communication with employees, respond to questions around HR policies, processes, and practices. Handle day to day employee issues.
• Administer and executes HR benefits programs.
• Handles HR Analytics for respective businesses. This includes headcount, attrition diversity etc.
• Drive and handle HR Projects.
• Drive process improvement and suggest changes in the existing processes.
• Identify any issues which need to be brought to the notice of the HR Manager.
Job Specification:
• Master's in human resources with around 8-10 years of experience in HR Operations and HR Journalist role.
• Should have good command over Bulk data handling and has good hands-on skill on using MS Excel, MS Power point and MS Word
• Exposure of handling Workday HRIS tool is preferred.
• Comfortable with building relationships at all levels of the organization and management
• Ability to effectively prioritize and a sense of urgency to drive for results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
