Job Description:Recruitment and Staffing:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboardingHRMS Update:Daily attendance check and reports to reporting managerUpdate attendance in HRMS for salary calculationLeave check and approvals updateHR Administration:Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentialityMaintain correct records in the trackers such as F & F, Interview, Statutory and etc.Prepare pre and post joining documentationVarious letter preparationArranging/Scheduling HR related meetings.Induction:Carry-out induction for new joinerVerify contact details and carry out reference check for new joiner.HR MIS:Maintain master data pertaining to employeesRecord keeping – Monthly challans (all statutory), Full and Final Settlement and othersExit Process:Coordinate with employees for exit processRequirements:HR generalist profile will be preferred.Strong interpersonal and communicational skillsShould be proficient in Excel.Excellent time management and Organizational skillsShare CV to - mahadyuti.das@ashapuraaromas.com
