Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives to drive organizational growth.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Lead end-to-end recruitment for key roles, ensuring MIVI attracts and retains top talent.
Performance Management & Employee Development: Implement robust performance evaluation systems, learning, and development programs.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
Compensation & Benefits Management: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and ensure competitive compensation structures.
HR Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while continuously improving HR frameworks.
HR Analytics & Process Optimization: Leverage HR analytics to drive data-driven decisionmaking and optimize HR processes.
Key Requirements:
1. Must have worked in a manufacturing set up.
2. Should come with the experience of handling man power and clear understanding of labor laws and dealing with the respective govt agencies
3. Must have implemented KRAs at an org level
4. Recruited senior level positions
5. Set up appraisal cycles
6. Should know how to take care of employee welfare
7. Preferred XLRI certification. But not a necessity.
8. Proven expertise in HR strategy, talent management, employee relations, and leadership development.
9. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skill
