Actas functional application specialist for our Global SAP HCM System
Resolve2nd level Incident Management in Service Management Tool
Analyze and diagnose application errors, liaise with subject-matter experts where escalation is needed
Driveand safeguarddata consistency across HR IT systems· Collaborate with Global Application Support Specialists, developers and with other support teams
Providecontinuous support and consulting to the HR data maintenance country teams
Investigaterecurrence and patterns of support needs in order to design holistic solutions
Reporton application performance to key internal stakeholders
Coordinateactively on the problem management framework
Createsupport and training documents
Change Request & Global Master Data Quality Support:
Handling and management of Change Requests, assuring that the process is running as defined
Assure testing support for processes using applicable methodologies and tools
Provide trainings and clarification sessions to relevant stakeholders
Collaborating with Global Application Support Specialists and developers and with other support teams
Providing support in Master Data and Data Quality topics
User Department support & system problem solving
•At least 2 years of professional experience in an international environment in the HR or IT area •Logical, structured, proactive and effective way of working within international virtual teams •Reasonable knowledge in MS office tools •
