Internship Program (Title):HR Operations Intern
Main activities:
Support in onboarding activities to build day one experience
Connect with the new joiners in collecting documents
Support HR ops team in BGV initiation for new joiners
Organize relocation benefits like travel & accommodation booking for new joiners.
Support in employee database maintenance.
Support in employee documents filing
Support in preparing reports for HR operations portfolio including HR analytics, Exit management and HR dashboards
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality/discretion
Initiation and Onboarding for Interns
Skills:
Excellent communication Skills
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheet
Specialization/Stream: Candidate with any Bachelor’s Degree or related to Human Resources.
Duration of Internship: 6 months.
