JOB DESCRIPTION
Operational support to the Training team : Learning & Development
- Conduct thorough analysis to identify skill gaps and training needs with business leaders at Airbus.
- End to end support in training/Program Delivery. This includes identifying the training materials,placing order through an internal forum, providing the necessary materials to the trainers beforethe training begins.
- Ensuring the training data is accurate and relevant on a real time basis.
- Maintaining trackers and attendance of the participants and collection of Training feedback inregular intervals.
- Implement robust feedback mechanisms to gather insights from participants and, using data tocontinuously enhance the quality and relevance of learning initiatives .
● Proficiency in MS Office/G Suite
● Effective communication
● Detail-oriented
● Ability to handle multiple task
● Demonstrated interest in Learning and Development
● Operational task of training sessions
● Professionalism
Eligibility: Executive PGDM / Post Graduate Diploma in Management / Post Graduate Diploma in Management
