Purpose of the role :
Help OML discover exceptional talent and contribute to building a strong workforce that drives organizational success.
Key responsibilities:
Helping OML build teams by assisting with the end to end talent acquisition process.
Sourcing potential active and passive candidates through traditional job portals and newer mediums.
Effectively screening candidates and evaluating based on telephonic interviews.
Coordinating and scheduling interview conversations.
Sharing feedback with the respective hiring managers and closing the loop with all candidates.
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Time management skills & ability to multi-task and wear multiple hats in an organization.
Good with basics of Excel, word and powerpoint.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
