Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive initiatives for talent acquisition, retention, and workforce development.
• Partner with leadership to support organizational change and culture-building efforts.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for critical roles within the edible oil sector.
• Implement strategies to attract and retain top talent, especially in production, supply chain, and sales functions.
• Design and implement performance management systems.
• Drive succession planning and leadership development for key positions.
• Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure alignment with industry standards.
• Ensure HR policies comply with local labour laws and industry regulations.
• Develop and track key HR metrics to measure effectiveness of HR initiatives.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on HR performance and insights.
• Liason work/ Admin work/ controlling of plants HR of Kota and Guna.
• All Licence follow ups.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and industry best practices.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within the edible oil sector.
• Proven track record in talent management, change management, and employee engagement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Preferred: Experience working in a unionized environment is a plus.
