HR Data and Compliance Analyst

We are the number one aviation broker globally. Having started in the basement of our Chairman’s home, we now employ over 650 people across the globe and provide brokering services to our Cargo, Commercial and Private Jet customers. Our success is simple, it is our people!

To support our continued growth, we have created new role to support the HR department with the creation of better management information and to ensure compliance specifically in relation to our onboarding of new starters.

Working with our Head of HR Operations and Analytics in the UK, this role will: -

• Create regular and bespoke reporting e.g. attrition, holiday and diversity reporting
• Provide analysis for reporting e.g. any positive or negative trends
• Ensure that data captured in the HR system is accurate
• Ensuring that all employees files have the correct and compliant documentation 
• Supporting with reference and backgrounds checks

• Familiar with HR systems
• Advanced excel knowledge
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ideally worked in a similar role as part of a HR team
