HR Coordinator


What you will do


The HR Coordinator will provide administrative support to the HR department, assisting with recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, and benefits administration. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Assist in performance management processes, Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues, maintain employee records (attendance) according to policy and legal requirements, Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated Human resources professional who can work in flexible and growth oriented organizational environment, Assist HR Manager in his day to HR work and maintain hormonal relations in the company. Interact with and maintain solid relationships with key internal and external stakeholder. Focus on Continuous improvement of policies and procedures.


This position will be based at our IEC Pune office and no hybrid work culture for HR coordinator role and strictly adhere the office working time.

  • The candidate should be very enthusiastic, self-motivated and a fast learner.
  • Assist with recruiting efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Contact and manage HR vendor invoices, coordination from Manager and finance for payment clearance after statutory compliance.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and assist with onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, facility and other resources to ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.
  • Address administrative issues and solve problems as they arise.
  • Assist HR Manager in his day-to-day HR work.

Preferred


The most desirable candidate would be having in HR Generalist role.


Need relevant experience of 4 to 7 years.


Education background should be MBA/MSW/PGDM with HR/IR.


Have good working exposure with MS Excel and Power Point presentation.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills
