To further our mission, we’re looking for a transformational HR Consulting Director for India & South Asia. This role will be a critical part of both the HR Consulting Leadership team in Asia and the India HR Leadership Team.
As the HR Consulting leader for this geography, you’ll be responsible for delivering global People ROB programs and processes with agility, ensuring human centred experiences that align with our most strategic business priorities.
In India & South Asia, Microsoft spans six major business units covering the full product lifecycle, from consumers to corporations, gamers to governments. While each operates independently, they contribute to each other's success. As the HR Consulting leader, you’ll lead a team that supports more than 23,000 employees and 2,500 managers in the geography.
As a member of the Asia HR Consulting Leadership Team, you’ll also play a pivotal role in driving transformational efforts across Asia, helping to shape the future of HR Consulting in the region. Our focus is on simplifying and coordinating work, delivering human centred and AI-powered experiences, aligning resources for maximum impact, and building a thriving, future-ready HR team at Microsoft.
