Job Title: HR and Admin - Executive / Senior ExecutiveLocation: TrichyJob Type: Full-timeSalary Range:  ₹12,500.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthRoles and Responsibilities:HR Management:Plan and manage manpower development and workforce planning.Assist in performance appraisals and related assessments.Oversee office management, work studies, and establish performance standards.Manage recruitment processes, including conducting interviews and obtaining management approvals.Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.Conduct exit interviews and oversee the offboarding process.Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.Mediate conflicts to promote a positive work environment.Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and reviews.Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.Develop, enforce, and communicate HR policies and procedures.Plan employee engagement activities and team-building events.Generate HR metrics and reports to monitor KPIs.Implement strategies to improve employee retention and talent development.Provide legal compliance and advisory services related to employment and labor laws.Administrative Responsibilities:Coordinate with executives to achieve company objectives.Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and official documents.Organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.Take, type, and distribute meeting minutes and presentations.Maintain schedules and ensure timely task execution.Coordinate internal and external events.Manage company correspondence, including emails and phone calls.Maintain databases and prepare periodic MIS reports.Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.Undertake official visits and errands as needed.Support directors with personal and official tasks, including maintaining property documents.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields with an HR background.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative functions.Energy, Manufacturing, Industrial Production, Machinery, Analysis, or Consulting Engineering.Key Skills:Strong understanding of HR, finance, and general business activities.Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Linux operating systems and open-source software is a plus.Fluency in English and Tamil (written and spoken).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
