As a Technology Operations Analyst, you will play a significant role in optimizing our Workday HRIS system and ensuring effective data management. Your main responsibility will be to deliver scalable solutions, drive continuous improvement, and enhance the efficiency of our EX-technology operations in India & APJ region. You will collaborate with Workday Product Managers & various teams to find opportunities for process enhancements, solve system issues, and ensure the successful delivery of HR technology solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


Workday Product Operations:


  • Provide operational support, including mass loads/EIBs and testing, during new implementations, projects, and enhancements, as well as offer hyper care support following implementation.
  • Run the day-to-day operations of Workday modules, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management, and Compensation.
  • Examine ServiceNow case queue to extract actionable insights to facilitate informed decision-making
  • Investigate new Workday features and suggest process improvements
  • Scalable Solutions Delivery - participate in projects sought at system upgrades, integrations, or new module implementations.
  • User Support - Provide technical support and solve for Workday users, addressing issues and resolving inquiries promptly.

Continuous Improvement:


  • Find opportunities for process improvements within Workday and across HR technology platforms.
  • Know the latest with Workday updates, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve system functionality.
  • Collaborate with partners to assess needs and develop solutions that align with organizational goals.

Data Operations and Management:


  • Collaborate with managed services to develop and implement regular audits of HR data and Workday configurations to detect and address discrepancies.

Compliance and Security:


  • Supervise and lead Workday security roles and permissions to safeguard critical employee information.
  • Support internal and external audits by performing monthly and quarterly checks, assisting with test samples, conducting walkthroughs, and preparing evidence for submission.

Qualifications:


  • Required 6 to 12 Years of total experience.
    1+ years' experience supporting Workday environments in any of the following areas: Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management, and Compensation.
  • Base knowledge and experience with Workday business processes, organization structures and hierarchies, security roles, job and position structures, and reporting.
  • Experience with integration tools such as EIB, Solution, and Object Transporter to facilitate data conversion and migration of configuration.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Effectively with customers and colleagues in a remote working environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment and achievement to delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work to ensure overall timeliness and quality standards with little supervision. Ability to effectively manage against timelines, deadlines, and goals.
  • Capable of working within remote teams and alongside clients, as well as on individual tasks with no supervision.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change.
  • Availability to work across time zones.
