The position
As an HR Data Analyst & Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:


  • Collect and analyse HR data to identify trends, patterns, insights, organize and categorize HR data for easy retrieval and analysis.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations, prepare proposals and business cases to improve HR processes, programs, and decision-making.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards on HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management consumption.
  • Assist HR Director, GBS in execution of the People strategy for GBS
  • Monitor, coordinate and reporting progress on key HR strategic initiatives
  • Drive annual targets and priority processes for GBS HR, including monthly reporting of performance.
  • Define and ensure implementation of HR annual wheel/calendar of processes with timely and proactive communication to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications


We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the following:
 


Need to have: 


  • MBA (preferably in HR from Tier-1 or Tier-2 colleges) with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in using HR information systems, data analysis, MS-Power point and visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Significant experience in stakeholder management.
  • Initiative and proactive approach in anticipating needs and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in using office software and equipment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail.

Nice to have:


  • HR-related certifications.
  • Experience with using statistical problem-solving tools is an added advantage.
  • Certifications or courses in data analysis and insights, LEAN methodologies, and design thinking.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders.
  • Solid 3rd party management and strong team spirit.
