Job Description:


  • Recruitment and selection: Posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process
  • Employee / Channel onboarding: Assisting new employees / Channel Partners with paperwork, coordinating orientation programs, and ensuring smooth integration into the company
  • Personnel records: Maintaining employee / Channel partners records and updating databases
  • Company policies: Creating guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies, and revising and suggesting changes
  • Payroll: Gathering payroll data and processing company payroll
  • Training materials: Developing training materials and responding to employee inquiries about benefits
  • Documentation: Maintaining complete documentation in a digital archive and developing documentation for new employees / channel partners
  • Communication: Communication with Banks / NBFCs for agreement process and renewals, responding to requests, and greeting visitors, Bankers, Channel Partners
  • Organization: Managing data in spreadsheets and reports, keeping records and reports up to date, and organizing and scheduling meetings and events
  • Support: Providing support to staff, channels partners and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and ordering office supplies and equipment
  • Efficiency: Maintaining an efficient, productive, and positive office culture, and ensuring administrative processes run smoothly
  • Technical issues: Handling technical issues in their area of expertise and making sure equipment is in working order
  • Attention to detail: They need to be careful when reviewing papers, inputting data, and arranging travel details.
  • Office procedures: They should have a good understanding of office management systems and procedures.
  • Compliance: They need to ensure that the office is following company policies.
  • Budgeting and bookkeeping: They may need to support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Reports and presentations: They may need to submit timely reports and prepare presentations
