THE ROLE – HR & Admin Executive

Location: Pune, India

Experience: 0-2 years

Primary Responsibilities:

• Managing onboarding process end to end.

• Managing the background verification process end to end

• Handling training requirements

• Coordinating and assisting HR manager in handing the employee life cycle.

• Taking care of complete admin operations for Pune office.

• Assisting talent Acquisition team in hiring activities

• Solving queries & arranging the travel reimbursement.

• Handling Petty cash management

• Company device management and Asset management tracking and Purchase management.

• Coordinate company events such a Farewell function, Birthday celebrations, festival celebrations, team building activities etc.

• Organize health and well-being programs to ensure employees well-being.

• Plan and conduct team engagement activities for Pune office employees.

• Plan and conduct for team outings.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• High presentation, reporting and team player skills.

• Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word and power point.

• Relevant experience of at least 2-3 years

• Demonstrated intense customer focus.

• Demonstrated highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic.

• Consistent effort, intense commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond when needed.

• Strong team player acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards.
