HOD -Cyber Security needed for an Engineering College in Kopargaon, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra

• Leadership: Oversee the Cyber Security department, ensuring academic and research excellence.
  
• Curriculum Development: Design and update courses to stay current with industry trends.
  
• Research: Lead and support research initiatives in cyber security.
  
• Teaching: Deliver lectures and mentor students.
  
• Collaboration: Work with other departments and industry partners.
  
• Administration: Manage departmental budgets and resources.
  

Associate Professor or Professor with a Ph.D. in Cyber Security or a related discipline. (M.Tech -IT - Cyber Security)

Minimum of 10-15 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate/postgraduate level, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or administrative role.

Experience in leading a Department in University or an autonomous or accredited institution.

Industry experience or professional certifications in Cyber Security fields.
