Healthcare Training and Development Content Creation Supervisor
Job Summary
Are you passionate about designing impactful training materials that empower individuals and teams to reach their full potential? Join our team as a Training and Development Content Creation Supervisor, where you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of training for our Healthcare Customer Care teams.
In this dynamic position, you will lead the creation of engaging, innovative, and effective training content that aligns with our goals of exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Partnering closely with stakeholders and leveraging state-of-the-art e-learning tools, you’ll craft programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and productivity of our Global Business Services (GBS) Healthcare phone center agents. Your work will focus on evaluating current materials, identifying training gaps, and developing new content to meet evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Development: Design high-quality training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor/virtual-led presentations, videos, and written guides, that are engaging, easy to understand, and aligned with our Healthcare customer care objectives.
- Training Needs Assessment: Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to assess training needs and customize content to address skill gaps and performance goals effectively.
- Curriculum Design: Develop structured and comprehensive training curricula that ensure a progressive and impactful learning experience.
- Multimedia Integration: Enhance learning through the integration of multimedia elements, such as graphics, animations, and interactive tools, to boost engagement and retention.
- Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: Use feedback and data analysis to assess the effectiveness of training materials, making updates to ensure relevance and alignment with evolving needs.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all training materials meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality benchmarks.
- Innovation and Adaptability: Stay current with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in instructional design and training content development.
Preferences
- Instructional Design Expertise: Leverage adult learning theories and instructional design principles to create engaging, effective training content. Identify learning gaps, recommend improvements, and design evaluation tools to measure outcomes.
- Project Management Skills: Lead training development projects with clear timelines and deliverables, ensuring coordination across cross-functional teams.
- Contact Center Knowledge: Understand contact center operations and their impact on broader business processes. Develop training solutions tailored to the unique needs of contact center environments.
- Technical Writing Proficiency: Produce clear, concise, and well-organized technical documents, adapting content to the end user’s perspective.
- Healthcare Industry Experience: Familiarity with healthcare environments is a significant advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in creating diverse training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led content, and written guides.
- Proficiency in content development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving and content design.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
