Health Insurance Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health Insurance Expert to join our team. As a Health Insurance Expert you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our Retail Health business. You should have excellent English language skills, in-depth knowledge of Health Insurance and other similar insurance products, and a proven track record in client services and high closure of sales

Responsibilities:

• Work on all the Health Insurance Leads
• Collaborate with the Lead generation team to provide them insights on products.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis and provide expert guidance to potential clients and provide suitable Health insurance options.
• Create Rapport with Clients to generate referrals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance for any claim or underwriting queries.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional retail insurance products and services to existing clients.
• Be Customer Centric and resolve Customer queries and do endorsements.
