Key Responsibilities:

Engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and executives to ensure alignment between technical initiatives and business objectives.
Strategic Planning:
Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, balancing long-term goals with adaptability to dynamic business landscapes.
Technical Expertise:
Leverage a strong background in software development, coding languages, and emerging technologies to drive innovative solutions.
Successfully developed over 15 software applications and ERP systems across diverse domains.
Risk Mitigation:
Identify potential risks proactively and implement strategies to ensure seamless project progression.
Project Management:
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
Business Acumen:
Understand and integrate complex business requirements into technical solutions to achieve product success.
Team Collaboration:
Foster a collaborative environment, enhancing communication and knowledge-sharing among cross-functional teams.
Innovation:
Drive product evolution by seeking and implementing novel approaches, staying ahead of industry trends to maintain competitiveness.
Communication:
Simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, ensuring productive discussions and decision-making processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field Electronics Engineering; advanced degree or certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
Proven experience managing large-scale technical and business programs.
Expertise in software development, ERP systems, and technical problem-solving.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt to evolving business and technological landscapes.
